[HONG KONG, April 3, 2023] Recently, the information session of the JUMPSTARTER 2023 Global Pitch Competition, sponsored by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund and title sponsored by HSBC, was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong. Kingsley Leung, chairman and co-founder of Great Bay Bio, was invited to attend the session on "How to Leverage Hong Kong to Seize the Opportunities of Globalization", and call for aspiring startups to participate in this competition.

JUMPSTARTER is a not-for-profit initiative curated by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund that provides a platform for all entrepreneurs and young people to jump start their dreams in Hong Kong. Through the session, JUMPSTARTER provided more support for entrepreneurs and encouraged more institutions with the same idea to jointly incubate the innovation ecology. Mr. Sun Xiang, the party member and deputy director of Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau attended the event and delivered a speech. Mr. Lv Shaoyong, the operating director of Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, made the session introduction to support more startups that solve social life problems and foster the growth of the innovation industry together with partners.
