Job responsibilities
1. Sell company products and expand market in North America, identifying and negotiating with potential clients.
2. Collaborate with clients to explore technology platform sales and project authorizations, handling coordination, negotiations, and payment.
3. Maintain customer relationships and resources.
4. Assess biopharmaceutical industry, companies, and projects, integrating resources for expansion.
5. Provide market feedback and research pharmaceutical market, collecting client information.
6. Execute assigned projects and tasks.
Role requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in biotechnology, pharmacy, or bioinformatics.
2. 3+ years of sales experience in cell culture, CDMO, CRO, or life science companies, with knowledge of antibody drug development.
3. Familiarity with the biopharmaceutical industry and customer resources in North America.
4. Experience in project transfer and product sales, with knowledge of pharmaceutical industry policies and regulations. Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
5. Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation.
6. Proficient in English and Chinese.
